WHERE product DESIGN thinking MEETS EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Define problem spaceS
Good design serves a real purpose.
Every design solution starts with researching the problem: who is the audience? What are their goals and needs? Where are their current pain points? How does this intersect with business goals and needs?
Strategize solutions
Good design requires utmost scrutiny.
Deriving a successful solution needs a focused ideation phase: what are the jobs that need to be done? What’s the potential, what are known constraints? How is success defined and measured?
Design, review, repeat
Good design is good team work.
Production design output includes user journeys, UX guidelines, design systems, development ready specifications, and lots of user research; all of which happens in close collaboration with product and engineering.
